Presentation Guidelines

Registration

At least one author for each contribution (full paper, short paper, industrial use case, poster, workshop, or tutorial) must register for the conference, either online or in person, by October 9th  here.

Conference proceedings will be available at the ACM Digital Library starting Oct 13, 2026.

Web3D 2026 Presentation Template. We encourage you to use it to maintain consistency across the conference.

Presentation

Presentation Time Limit:

We recommend preparing your presentation so that the talk itself remains within the allocated speaking time and leaves the full Q&A period available for audience questions.

Materials Upload

All Papers, Posters, Tutorials, Workshops and Industrial use cases presentations must be uploaded using the following link by October 9th. Please upload your material to the folder associated with your session, according to the conference program page.

When naming your file, please include both the name of the presenter and the paper number in the file title. This will help the organizers identify and prepare all materials for the appropriate sessions.

For online presenters, as a backup, we also recommend preparing a video recording with a duration corresponding to your allocated presentation slot and uploading it to the same folder. The recording can be used if technical difficulties prevent the live presentation from proceeding as planned.

Posters

Authors presenting posters, your poster will be printed at no additional cost and physically displayed at the venue. Please upload your camera ready high resolution (600 dpi) in A0 format here in the poster folder by Oct 9, 2026.

Please prepare a 5-minute presentation to be delivered during the poster session. Please ensure that both the poster and the short presentation are ready in advance so that the session can proceed smoothly.

Please check the program page and monitor future conference communications for these additional instructions.
