Registration

Registration Notes:

• Every accepted paper must have at least one Full Conference registration. All Authors should register and pay before the early deadline in order to have their papers included in the Program. One registration covers only one paper.
• One Day registration includes access to all sessions of one day of the conference (during registration attendees should choose the desired day) and coffee-breaks and lunch of the chosen day. The Gala dinner is not included in the fee.
• Students or Retirees must send by email a proof of their status. All proofs must be sent by email to info@web3d.ccg.pt, having as subject: Status proof – Web3D2024_YourName.
• If you need a Proforma Invoice or want to pay by wire/bank transfer, during registration choose the Offline payment option .
• For bank/wire transfer payments, please use the following information and please make sure you specify “Web3D2024 <Your name>_<Order number>” for the transfer details. The proof of payment should be sent by email to finance@ccg.pt, having as subject: “Payment Proof – Web3D 2024 <YourName> <OrderNumber>”. Your tickets will be processed and sent to your email address after your payment is validated.

The Gala dinner is not included in the fee. The price is 80€. For ordering tickets for the Gala dinner send an email to finance@ccg.pt before September 18th. After that date it will depend on the available seats. The payment should be made by wire transfer.
