Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Template. We encourage you to use it to maintain consistency across the conference.

All presenters need to register for the conference here. This year we are not supporting remote/virtual participation, all presentations and demos will be live.

Web3D 2025 Presentations in PDF format can be uploaded to Web3D 2025 Presentation Submission Folder. Please upload your presentation to the program session/track folder you are presenting in. Presenters and program session/track details can be found at Web3D 2025 Program.

The PDF version is intended to be uploaded as a reference for all participants and will be linked to the program page, while the PowerPoint version is for use during the presentation and does not need to be uploaded.

Presentation title should include Program Track, Title and Name (e.g. PaperSession1-PaperTitle-AuthorName)

Please submit it by Friday September 5, 2025, to be included on the Conference Program Page.

If you are presenting a Tutorial or Workshop, the chairs will contact you on the presentation format.
