Abstract. In recent months Mozilla Hubs has been used as a Social Virtual Environment (SVE) for co-watching academic presentations. This paper proposes the design and procedures of a distance live workshop for children in Mozilla Hubs. Children will learn how to produce live-entertainment content and collaborate with other creators beyond the physical distance. Mozilla Hubs’ full potential (video and 3D object production) will be exploited. This workshop’s motivation is to provide children with hands-on experience and enable the formation of conceptual skills for live entertainment production using Mozilla Hubs.
