Web3D 2021 will be a virtual event. Most contributions presentations will happen through pre-recorded videos, that will replace the traditional oral conference presentations.
Papers and posters will be presented using pre-recorded videos, followed by a live discussion with the audience.
Please read and follow the instructions carefully, so that everybody can have a smooth experience.
Video guidelines
The first slide must show the conference name, the contribution title, authors, and the speaker (highlighted).
The use of this template is strongly recommended.
If possible, show yourself in the video while presenting, in order to connect with the audience.
Technical details
LENGTH.
- long paper: 20 minutes
- short paper: 15 minutes
- posters: 10 minutes
FORMAT. Mp4 is preferred
RESOLUTION. Full HD (1920×1080)
ASPECT RATIO. 16/9 Widescreen
AUDIO. Please make sure you use a high-quality microphone to reduce audience fatigue
FILENAME. Must be in this format: submission#_speakername.mp4

Submission Instructions
For uploading the videos, we have made available a Dropbox folder. Using this link you will reach the upload page: send the video, your name, and email address for reference.
Please upload one single video file.
Important Dates
The pre-recorded video of the presentation must be sent before November 1, 2021.
Moreover, please note that for each accepted contribution at least one author must register for the conference no later than November 1, 2021.

More Information
The presentation videos, as well as the recording of live Q&A with the authors, will be published online right after each session, remaining available also after the live event has taken place.
