Papers
Technical papers for the Main and Special Tracks.
Authors are invited to submit full papers (up to 9 pages, including figures and references) or short papers (up to 5 pages, including figures and references). Articles should be prepared using the ACM conference template.

Interactive Posters
An Interactive Poster is a single webpage containing interactive elements, embedded media, figures and text.
Authors are invited to submit a short document (1-5 pages) presenting the poster, and a URL to the interactive poster (a work-in-progress version is fine for the initial submission).
The proposal, in PDF format, and the URL to the Poster must be submitted through the EasyChair submission system.
Tutorials
Tutorial proposals targeting naïve and entry-level audiences are encouraged.
Authors are invited to submit a short document (1-5 pages) presenting the Tutorial. The proposal should include:
- Aim, structure and objectives of the tutorial
- Description of the materials available for the tutorial
- Requirements for the attendees (equipment, knowledge background)
- Expected duration (quarter-day 2H, half-day 4h, full-day 8h)
It is possible to specify an URL containing material relevant to the proposal.
The Tutorial proposal, in PDF format, must be submitted through the EasyChair submission system.
Industrial Use Cases
Authors are invited to submit a short document (1-5 pages) describing the Industrial Use Case they want to present.
The document should include:
- Description of the industrial entity behind it
- Relevance for the Web3D world / general public / industrial application
- Presentation method (presentation, video, interactive online demo, …)

The proposal, in PDF format, must be submitted through the EasyChair submission system.
Workshop – Roundtable
Authors are invited to submit a short document (1-5 pages) detailing the workshop/roundtable proposal.
A workshop proposal should include:
- Aim, structure and objectives
- Expected participants
- Format (presentations, open discussion, Q&A, …)
- Expected duration (quarter-day 2H, half-day 4h)
It is possible to specify an URL containing material relevant to the proposal.
