We encourage you to use it to maintain consistency across the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Presentation Time Limit:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Papers:<\/strong> 20 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Short Papers:<\/strong> 12 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Posters:<\/strong> 5 minutes + 2 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industrial Use Cases:<\/strong> 12 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tutorials:<\/strong> variable according to the slot in the program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops:<\/strong> variable according to the slot in the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend preparing your presentation so that the talk itself remains within the allocated speaking time and leaves the full Q&amp;A period available for audience questions.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materials Upload<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Papers, Posters, Tutorials, Workshops and Industrial use cases presentations must be <strong>uploaded using the following <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1o_uo_o1xk-oDAOAuuv2ym2OTD4Rar38Y?usp=drive_link\">link<\/a> <\/strong>by <strong>October 9th<\/strong>. Please upload your material to the folder associated with your session, according to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web3d.siggraph.org\/2026\/program\/\">conference program page<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When naming your file, please include both the <strong>name of the presenter<\/strong> and the <strong>paper number<\/strong> in the <strong>file title<\/strong>. This will help the organizers identify and prepare all materials for the appropriate sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For online presenters, as a backup, we also recommend preparing a video recording with a duration corresponding to your allocated presentation slot and uploading it to the same folder. The recording can be used if technical difficulties prevent the live presentation from proceeding as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Posters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors presenting posters, your poster will be printed at no additional cost and physically displayed at the venue. Please upload your camera ready high resolution (600 dpi) in A0 format <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1o_uo_o1xk-oDAOAuuv2ym2OTD4Rar38Y?usp=drive_link\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>in the poster folder by<strong> Oct 9, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please prepare a <strong>5-minute presentation<\/strong> to be delivered during the poster session.
