<strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/mark>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name of the X3D tool:&nbsp; (New or Improved existing tool)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of Tool:&nbsp; Imported, Exporter, Convertor, Editor, Viewer\u2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain Categories: Educational tools, gaming applications, simulations\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 page Abstract\/Summary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What problem does this tool solve?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is it open-source?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must submit a link to a video (max 5 minutes) in which an explanation is given as to why their entry should be considered for \u201cTool of the Year\u201d or \u201cTool\/Pipeline Innovation of the Year\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If need be a virtual meeting\/demo may be requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You don\u2019t have to be present in-person at the conference to enter the competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The winners will be announced on September 10, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-1-color\">Submission Deadline:<\/mark> <\/strong>&nbsp;August 22th, 2025 &nbsp;
