We encourage you to use it to maintain consistency across the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All presenters need to register for the conference&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web3d.siggraph.org\/2025\/registration\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>. This year we are not supporting remote\/virtual participation, all presentations and demos will be live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Web3D 2025 Presentations in PDF format can be uploaded to <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1DbP0TGWa7N-g7gMeSedLROPl_Pi6k1uQ?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Web3D 2025 Presentation Submission Folder<\/strong><\/a>. Please upload your presentation to<strong> <\/strong>the program session\/track folder<strong> <\/strong>you are presenting in. Presenters and program session\/track details can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/web3d.siggraph.org\/2025\/program\/\"><strong>Web3D 2025 Program<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PDF version is intended to be uploaded as a reference for all participants and will be linked to the program page, while the PowerPoint version is for use during the presentation and does not need to be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentation title should include Program Track, Title and Name (e.g. PaperSession1-PaperTitle-AuthorName)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit it by Friday <strong>September 5, 2025<\/strong>, to be included on the Conference Program Page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are presenting a <strong>Tutorial or Workshop<\/strong>, the chairs will contact you on the presentation format.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presentation Time Limit:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Full Paper:<\/strong> 20 Minutes including 5 minutes for Q\/A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short Paper:<\/strong> 15 Minutes including 5 minutes for Q\/A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Industrial Use case: <\/strong>20 Minutes including 5 minutes for Q\/A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competition:<\/strong> 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lighting Demos:<\/strong> 5 minutes.
